At BONA, we are always excited about the summer because we get to spend time with some great STUDENT athletes. Over the past 17 years, we have been blessed to only work with great athletes, many of whom have developed the skill and discipline to move on and become productive parts of the athletic and professional community. This summer we want to spend 5 days with your young student athlete and discuss the importance of working with a purpose. Our goal each summer is to work with 10 - 15 young men grades 6 -12 to meet specific camp objectives.

SMC Elite Prospect Camp - Saint Marys College of California
The SMC Prospect Camp will run from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The camp offers top student athletes the chance to excel and compete in a learning environment. Players will receive extensive instruction in hitting, pitching, and fielding by SMC coaches while getting a chance to play in some competitive games. 1st Session - Vocal Performance - YSCP
Club Description: The Vocal Performance Club is for students who really love to sing and who would like to develop their skills further. The class includes group singing (choir) but also emphasizes vocal technique with individual attention. Students, who feel ready for a challenge beyond group singing, will be encouraged and supported in their preparation for solo presentations. Repertoire will be chosen according to the abilities of the students, including folk songs, songs from movies and musicals, jazz favorites, and art songs. Older students are, especially, encouraged to enroll. Goals for February to May include developing students individual vocal technique and exploring repertoire which will highlight the abilities of each. The class will also prepare for presentations at school events and other opportunities. Instructor Bio: The class will be taught by Carol Pharo, B.A. in Music from Penn State, M.M. from New England Conservatory, an Advanced Certificate in Singing from The Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, and a diploma in fortepiano from The Royal Conservatory in the Hague. Etiquette and good manners is all about kindness, consideration and truthfulness. This camp will celebrate young girls and all that they can be. We will try to speak to their imagination and teach them the importance of friends and family. We will use Role Play and other fun activities to entertain, educate and inspire them. The Etiquette section will include: Memory Work; a written invitation; making proper introductions; using proper telephone etiquette. We will learn to make an appointment, make purchases and just ask questions. We will set a proper table, drink hot tea from a teacup and eat hot soup with a spoon. Finally, we will help set up a proper Tea Table for our Graduation Tea. During this week of camp we will enjoy our dolls and even choose our own Doll of the Year.
