Cheer Tumbling Camp - Fargo, ND
TNT Kid’s Fitness and Gymnastics invites you to participate in our Cheer and Dance Tumbling Camp on Saturday, March 5, 2016. We will be teaching the basics through advanced tumbling. Every athlete gets the opportunity for 1 on 1 coaching and spotting. Running skills and standing skills will be taught in our state of the art gym equipped with trampolines, spring floors, mats, and a foam pit. This is a great camp to get that new tumbling pass or work on something new with a spotter! Bring your whole team and learn some new group tumbling to put in your routines. We will have spotters for athletes as young as 5 years old to collegiate. Collegiate athletes must provide proof of NCAA insurance coverage. There will be healthy concessions, bows, and T-shirts available for purchase. We will be hosting two sessions on Saturday, March 5th: 12:00pm -4:00pm: $40 per athlete 4:00pm- 8:00pm: $40 per athlete You can attend both sessions or choose just one. Each session includes groups divided by skill level and coached by a professional gymnastics tumbling coach. Beginner: Learning basic shapes for hand stands, cartwheels, Round-offs and front and back walkovers....

Sports Camp week 6- Lacrosse - Orchard Park Recreation
During the first hour of lacrosse camp, children will focus on the fundamental skills necessary to excel in the sport of lacrosse including cradling, passing, shooting and defense. Agility and hand eye coordination will also be emphasized. During the second hour, children will be able to eat a healthy snack and then participate in a series of cooperative games that will enhance their capabilities of being a good teammate and showing good sportsmanship The third hour of lacrosse camp will focus on learning the rules of the game (rules for boys and girls will be explained separately) and playing modified games of lacrosse. As the skills of each child advances over the course of the week, the third hour will consist of more realistic game like situations. Equipment will be provided. New This Year! Back by popular demand, Footsteps Sports Camp led by Coach Adrian! This is a fun and interactive camp for campers who want to explore different sports and non-competitive games. Our camp promotes cooperation, teamwork, and everyone participating. Campers participate in soccer, flag football, dodge ball, tennis, swimming, and a variety of outdoor games. Friday afternoons the campers swim at local pools and take a weekly sports related field trip. Adrian and his staff of coaches make sure the day is balanced with two healthy snacks and time indoors out of the sun!
