My son really enjoyed Camp Motorsport! He was able to drive a real race car and it was very similar to one that the real race car drivers use. It was sized just right for him. He was able to drive dirt karts, go carts and half scale race cars. The other activities he experienced were marine biology, which he absolutely loved, art, soccer, basketball and lot of swimming. We'll meet at 8AM in Manhattan and then travel to a park to help get them ready for spring with thousands of other people around the City. Last year we planted a garden on top of the Staten Island Ferry Building. Did I mention that you get a free t-shirt and this is your LAST chance to recieve community service with us for the school year?. 2016 Youth Winter Camp & New Years - Evansville, IN
Dear friends in Christ! The Living Spring camp would like to cordially invite you to the 2016 Youth Winter Bible Camp at The Ark Christian Ministries in Converse, Indiana December 27-31, 2016! We truly look forward to this event as another opportunity for us all to share our time together at this beautiful place where you can catch up with one another, have sports, games and fun, and most importantly, have an invaluable opportunity to go deep in the Word of God and give praise to our Lord Jesus Christ! Bring your young adult to Creve Coeur Camera for a fun filled experience and learn photography from the Pros. 3 SESSIONS - 3 Hours each FEBRUARY 11, 18 & 25 Week One We will cover the basics of photography; exploring Olympus camera settings, Exposure fundamentals of ISO, shutter speed and aperture, Focusing techniques and composition rules. Week Two Practical applications of what you learning in the first week. We will have photo “sets” in the classroom for you to practice and Explore shutter and aperture (f-stop) techniques as you learn about the “appropriate” lighting on your subject. Week Three Learn the basics of Adobe Lightroom; the photo editing software the Professionals use and how to enhance your images. WPC Annual Youth Winter Retreat - Silver Lake, NY
If God threw a party, would everyone be invited? Would You? Well you are all invited to come on the annual Youth Winter Retreat What if Jesus meant something very different by the concepts of heaven, hell and salvation from how we have been taught and understand them? Pastor Larry DeVuyst will lead us to tackle these questions and more as we work through our retreat study from Rob Bell’s book, Love Wins, for Teens. As always there will be fun games, good food, and time with friends. Complete the retreat form found on WPC website youth page and turn it in to my mailbox with a check for $50 by 1/8. We need a count for food, games and supplies so please reserve your spot soon. Pick up the easy to read book from Pastor DeVuyst to read ahead. Don’t let reading the book keep you from attending the retreat. Pastor Larry is looking for appropriate movies where love overcomes adversity. If you have a recommendations please let us know. Summer Camp Fairies and Wizards - ages 6 to 9 yo - Childrens Theatre of Cincinnati
Whose magic is more powerful? The dainty sprite-ness of a fairy? Or the deep mystical aura of a wizard? TCT illuminates the world of magic in our Fairies and Wizards camp. With music, activities and games inspired by the magic of musical theatre, TCT will create a world of sorcery that would make Harry Potter jealous! Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the class each day. Please provide your child with lunch for each day. You may sign up your child for all 3 weeks. Grades K-2: Improv! Class meets only on Mondays from 3:00- 4:15 The class dates are 1/4, 1/11, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/22, 2/29– 7 weeks ($85) Puppetry: Our puppetry session allows students to craft and perform with their own puppet!
