Coat-A-Kid Charity BootCamp - Chesterfield, MO
This will be our 3rd consecutive December hosting a Coat-A-Kid Charity BootCamp! Come out to support an awesome charity, have fun and get your sweat on... that is unless you hate kids! ;) All fitness levels are welcome! Classes are 1 hour and begin at 8am & 9:30am. Be introduced to two incredible sports that will keep you fit, focused and balanced! Give your body the boost of energy it needs by refreshing your senses and having fun on the ocean. Explore Stonington Harbor on stand up paddle boards, while stretching, relaxing and testing your core balance. Ride the crystal clear waves of Rhode Island during surf class. No previous experience is needed, but an interest in the ocean and being active is a must. This class is perfect for new or returning students. This is the Place Heritage Park Art Camp (Session 2) - This is the Place Heritage Park
Join us as we take art to This is the Place Park. We will meet on location and will set-up our drawing boards to sketch pioneer-era architecture, gardens, and people in period costume. We will use several mediums including: pencil, charcoal, pastel, watercolor, markers, and ink. This is a great time to learn new art techniques while spending time outdoors and learning about Utahs history. We will provide all the supplies as well as a VAI t-shirt for all students. Spring Body Checking (Walpole) Ages 11-14 - Rodman Arena
May 2,9,16,23,30 -- June 6. Intro to body checking is a 6-week camp focused on: All Key Elements of Power Skating Intro to Body Checking Safe and Strong Body Positioning Puck Possession Its vital that young hockey players are fully prepared when entering the age levels where body checking and increased body contact are legal. Size and strength play a limited role if players are properly trained on body position, angles, correct posture, etc. Power skating will be the focus of the first 30 minutes -- then the players will be split by level. Pee Wee will focus on body position and puck protection. Bantam will focus on body checking and hitting. Your young hockey player will be ready for the next level after this camp. 617-710-8129

Lachey Arts is proud to work in conjunction with Mariemont Schools to bring music theater to our elementary students. During the 10 week class, students will work on singing, dancing and acting skills. Parents will be invited to the final class to watch the performance. This class is open to students in kindergarten-3rd grade at Terrace Park Elementary. YOUTH RUNNER ELITE MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP If youre looking for a great experience that will give you a boost going into your Cross Country season this fall then the Youth Runner Elite Camp may be for you. Youre going to have fun, make new friendships, and maybe even meet your competitors. Youll also get some one on one advice from experienced coaches and athletes. Every day a Guest Olympian or an Elite Athlete will stop by to tell you their story and answer your questions. Youll leave with a plan and access to your camp coach through emails and phone calls until the end of cross country season. You can even bring your coach back home into the conversation. Whats Different? We love the camps with 200 runners sleeping in tents and getting crazy. Thats not this camp though. Youll be at Lewis and Clark College voted 2 nd nicest campus in the U.S. It has miles of running trails connected to the campus, a swimming pool, game room, and everything we need for camp.
