Dream of being a pop star? Then come to camp and start that journey! Learn vocals and choreography to Taylor Swift and Katy Perrys most popular songs among others! Take the stage and perform with cordless mics under the LED and laser lights! We will learn choreography and vocals to a medley of songs and put on a performance at the end of camp. Every child will receive solo parts in one or more of the songs. The kids will receive a makeover before the big show (including hair and makeup). 817-421-2825

Kid "Camp." Special volunteer opportunity for 11-16 year olds. - Haver
The summer will be gone before we know it, but we are still galloping full speed ahead which is why Tomten Farm and Sanctuary will be offering a special mentoring program to animal loving kids ages 11-16. This unique program is designed for kids with the desire to learn more about the day-to-day operations of an animal sanctuary and get hands on experience with our rescues. Taught by our long term volunteer and intern, UNH Equine Science major, Aileen W., it’s sure to be chock of personal attention, education, hard work, and more animals than you can count. Join us at the farm 2-3 weekdays from July 10th to the 31st, 10:30-2:30 and help us go above and beyond to maintain happy, healthy animals 365 days a year. As always, safety comes first so please wear appropriate footwear and clothing (closed toed, hard shoes, bug spray and sunscreen) and bring a signed release, a copy parent/guardian license or federal ID (feel free to black out addresses, birth dates, and SS or S numbers) drinks, lunch, and an appetite to contribute and get involved with one of your favorite rescues! This is our History 1 week. This week we will be moving around the Bay Area taking daily field trips while using public transportation to navigate our way. The week will be comprised of the schedule below*. Day 1: Alcatraz Day 2: GG Bridge/SF Maritime Museum Day 3: Oakland Walking Tour/Oakland Museum of California Day 4: De Young Museum (may be substituted) Day 5: USS Hornet (Days may not be in the specific order above) We meet at Rockridge BART station every morning at 8 AM then travel the city to our destination or destinations. For rising 1st-8th grade students This amazing program is for all students interested in musical theatre. It is an excellent opportunity to learn about all aspects of a production and to discover and develop theatrical and musical talents.
