This camp has it all-swimming, diving, trampoline, soccer, kickball, crafts and games! Campers should be able to swim 25 yards and must be comfortable in the water that exceeds their height. Campers must come equipped with shorts, T-shirt and tennis shoes or athletic-type shoes. Campers should bring a non-perishable lunch, extra pair of athletic socks, swim suit, towel, cap, goggles and sunscreen. A $15 material fee is due at the beginning of each session, payable to Tober Aqua Sports, Inc. Extended Care is provided by the camp for morning and/or afternoon for participants only. What I loved about Ocoee was that my child had lots of things to do. She wanted to try archery, riding horses and she was excited about the art part of the camp. She spent a lot of time with good friends that she’s known through Camp Ocoee and they played a lot of volleyball and basketball, but she said they also tried the BMX and water sports portions of the camp. Students will participate in all musical and recreational activities from 8:45-5:00 p.m. Lunch is provided, but families are responsible for students breakfast and dinner. Drop off and pick up will occur in a designated location each day. Location is TBD 540-343-6221 x231
Rock n Roll Explorations Camp - OCS Arts Center
Rock instruments, vocals, songwriting, recordings, and CD design! An action-packed week for boys and girls. No previous experience necessary. Great for campers with Beginning Guitar experience! Campers will bring their own guitar or bass or we provide keyboard or drums. Led by Arts Center faculty in a friendly atmosphere where campers play in a band, learn and write songs, and perform in an All Camp Jam Concert on the final day at 3pm. Resident Camper: $525 (June 18- 21)Day Camper: $400 (June 23-26)WHO CAN ATTEND: The camp is designed for all female gymnasts ages 7 and up, from beginner to elite. Previous experience is recommended. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FACILITIES: Gymnasts will train in the Bev Lewis Center. This multimillion dollar facility is home to the Razorback Gymnastics Team. The training gym is considered to beone of the finest facilities in the country. Dedicated in April 2003, the center is named for Womens Athletic Director Bev Lewis. From the first day to the last campers will choose an instrument, form a band and write an original song to perform for their friends, families and the rock camp community. Each day campers will have instrument instruction, band practice and attend a series of informational, interactive and meaningful workshops. Summer Camp is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with an end-of-session showcase on the following weekend. All campers should bring a lunch, but no instruments are necessary — we provide all the gear! We have changed locations this year and will be operating out of First Christian Church in SW Portland! 503 445 4991
USF July Full Day-Outdoor Soccer Training Camp + Goalkeeper Training - USF Corbett Soccer Stadium
Our full day outdoor training program is from 9am-4pm daily, Monday-Thursday, and on Friday from 9am-Noon. This program is designed to improve a players technical proficiency in all aspects of the game (dribbling, passing, receiving, chipping, and shooting). Camp includes all you can eat buffet style lunch in USFs air-conditioned dining hall on campus Monday-Thursday. Campers can choose to watch a movie or swim in the early afternoon before our last camp session of the day. Goalkeepers will also train together with one of our goalkeeper coaches a portion of the day. 813-315-6485
