Our advanced camps are aimed towards players aged 10 and above who have playing experience. This camp is all about improving your technical ability and knowledge of the game. A big part of this camp is working on positioning, decision making, applying skills in the right times and allowing players to learn through playing the game. Through the week you will work on technical skills such as: - Passing and moving into space - Creating angles - Dribbling/running with the ball - First touch/control of the ball - Attacking and defending headers - Crossing and finishing - Shooting from range - 1v1 attacking and defending - Attacking and defending overloads (916) 827-0820

Would be an ok camp if you want your child hiking trails covered in trash & broken bottles. From one year to the next, the Y staff does nothing to clean up trash, fallen trees, glass. Last year a horse died on camp property. For what you pay to send your child to Camp Wijiwagan, I say just take them to the dump for a hike.... Read More...

By the Grace of God, under the auspices of HG Bishop Youssef and the guidance and blessings of Fr Isaac Bassily, we are getting ready for FL Kids Camp Winter 2015! Dates: December 27-30, 2015 Location: Lake Swan Camp 647 FL-26, Melrose FL Theme: "The Sign of the Lord" Verse: "But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ..." ~Galatians 6:14~ Who: Children in grades 1-5 (must be 6 years old by December 31st 2015) Regular Registration: Ends December 7, $100 for first child, $80 each additional Late Registration: Dec 8- December 14, $120 for first child, $100 each additional Servants: Must have completed one semester of college and either serve at their home Church with children or have served at Kids Camp previously. 1 servant per 4 children from each church. Boost- Teen Renewal Retreat 2015 - Sacramento, NM
6-12th Grade When? We will leave from Westside parking lot at 4:00pm and return around 2:30pm on Sunday. How much? $40 plus one meal on the road. Westside teens- bring a friend and your friend can come free. I don't have enough money! We will have a work day in the morning of Oct 16th for those that need helping affording to go. What will we do? stay in cabins, campfire, volleyball, massive group games, and hear from guest speaker Cliff Mcgraw about simply following Jesus. Who else will be there? Teens from youth groups in Las Cruces, Alamagorda, Albuquerque, El Paso and more!! Don't miss out!!

AIDE (Girls entering Grades 8-10 who have completed the AIT program) - Huddart Park
Girls entering grades 8 through 10 in Fall 2016 serve as assistant staff at Day Camp, working with Unit Leaders to supervise campers. Any applicant who has not completed the Diamond Crest AIT Training will be placed in the AIT unit to complete training. Please note, girls must attend camp all days to complete the AIT program. Girls who were AITs last year but did not attend all days of camp must register as an AIT again this year. Girls entering 10th grade who have been an Aide for 2 years may also request to be a Leader in Training (LIT) and work in a unit with two adult leaders if they have completed AIT training and have been an Aide for two years. Aides and AITS may camp overnight twice during camp. July 26 is the Aides-in-Training initiation ceremony and July 27 is the all-camp overnight for girls entering grade 4 or higher. Training for Aides will be held at Huddart Park from 1:00-4:00 pm on Friday, July 15. Mark your calendar now! (Its sign-up and t-shirt day!) Members of the Cincinnati Football Staff will lead each Position along with local high school coaches focusing on skill development in both Offensive and Defensive Positions. Where: William Kozyra Alumni Field About: Players attending NDP soccer camp will be challenged to take their game to a higher level. Players can expect competitive mind-body workouts that will help them enhance technical skills, learn new strategies, problem-solve within the flow of play, and improve conditioning. What to wear/bring: Athletic attire, soccer shoes, soccer socks, shin guards, any other necessary soccer equipment, towel and water bottle. Please note our new cancellation policy.
