It's time again for the D&D Summer Camp! This year we have a half day and a full day option. Each student will learn some basics of drum set, guitar, bass guitar, piano, vocals and more/ or further the skills they already have. Campers will get to form small groups and learn songs and perform them on video and on our Rock Star stage in a student battle of the bands. We will have a guest band performance, plus lunch and snacks are provided each day with a pizza party on the final day. The full day starts off with the same great experiences in the morning, but in the afternoon students will get an in-depth look at the ins and outs of a recording studio. Boys Basketball - Session 2 - Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy
Where: NDP main gym About: The focus of the Notre Dame Prep boys basketball camp is to provide every participant the opportunity to develop his fundamental skills in ball handling, passing, dribbling, footwork and rebounding, as well as individual and team defense. We will accomplish this through a high-energy camp of hard work. Additionally, it is our hope that with the assistance of our experienced teaching staff, all of the young men attending NDP basketball camp will improve their conceptual understanding of the game of basketball. With a staff-to-player ratio of 1 to 9, we can guarantee each player individual attention throughout the week. We also look forward to each participant meeting and making new friends while having plenty of fun and enjoyment over the four days of camp. Please note our new cancellation policy. Learn how to draft sewing patterns with flat pattern-making techniques. This course will give you all the basic skills you need to learn how to read and understand patterns and how to create your own pattern styles, using your own measurements to create a custom fit. Students will also learn about how to do simple alterations and changes to this basic pattern, aka the sloper (the fashion term for your basic pattern block). This is a great class for those with no skills in pattern-making or for those who sew and might have made clothes but with no technical training.
