FREE- Type 1 Diabetes Teen Camp - Cornville, AZ
JDRF has partnered together with Camp Soaring Eagle to offer a FREE CAMP to Type One Diabetic children ages 8-15 to come experience the healing power of laughter! CSE offers two camper weekends dedicated to T1D kids in a session for Teens and a session for Youth. Youth T1D camp is for kids 8-12 and Teen T1D Camp is for kids 13-15. The camper session runs from Friday-Sunday. CSE provides the campers with opportunity to learn about diabetes management and encourages independent health care. Campers with diabetes feel normal because they see all their peers with the same challenging diagnosis. CSE provides a balanced diet and menu with all carb counts for all meals. Camp Cordovas Sports Adventure -Session 8 - Lincoln Village Community Park
Camp Cordovas Sports Adventure. Camp Cordova is hosting a specialty day camp at Lincoln Village Park. This day camp is perfect for the extremely active child ages 8-11. Enjoy weekly themes and field trips, along with a variety of camp-style sports games & adventure activities with an emphasis on fun, learning, and participation. Campers will also explore a variety of aquatic games and daily swimming at the Lincoln Village pool. Camp hours are 8am-4pm with extended hours available from 4pm-6pm. Theme: Flags and Tags Field Trip: Folsom Aquatic Center Enjoy playing tag? What about a game with flags? Join us as we explorer games that include a combination of both tagging and grabbing flags such as Chaos and Gatorball. Multiple Session Discount: Register online for three sessions or more at once and receive $10 of each session.
