Join the cast and unleash your campers creativity in this full scale musical production. Campers will act, sing, dance, and bond through the fundamentals of musical theater. 267-405-7520
Cool Creations Camp - The Mandell School
At Cool Creations, each week of camp is dedicated to a different STEM project that is both fun and engaging. Campers explore and tackle a variety of situations and use their math and general problem-solving skills to address them. Through projects like designing a playground, rocket building, crafting video games and programming their own robots, students will experience what it would be like to be an architect, aerospace engineer, industrial engineer, and video game programmer. Every day campers also have ample opportunity to do the things that are typically done in a summer camp such as swimming, field trips, sports, games and other fun physical activities. Select from the following Week 1: Design the Next Generation of Toys Week 2: Shipwreck Week 3: Build a Rocket Week 4: Escape the Zombie Apocalypse Week 5: Program a Robot Week 6: Develop a Video Game CAMP HOURS 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM - please bring a packed lunch. Class will meet once a week on Mondays for a total of four weeks. In this introductory level, juniors learn swing fundamentals, safety, and basic fitness routines. Familiarization with the golf course and facility are also explored in a fun and non-intimidating way. Juniors develop full swing techniques and are introduced to basic chipping and putting methods.
