After School RC Laser Sailing - NESS
NEW this year NESS will have RC Laser Sailboats for students to learn a bit more about sailing. Yup its what you think...RC stands for Remote Control Laser Sailboat. Students will sail these boats while learning a new topic about sailing each week. 860-535-9362

HS Robotics Advanced Projects Week 6 - Merrill Engineering Building
A week-long camp for entering 10th, 11th, and 12th graders; or 9th graders who have taken a middle school camp. This is a follow-on course for those who have taken the HS Robotics with Arduino or who have prior Arduino experience. The camp will be more project-based and focus on development of independent skills. This camp runs from 9AM-3PM, M-F. Some interest or aptitude in computers and/or building things is expected for this camp. Lunch is provided. 801-585-1726

Sense of Place - Dirksen Nature Park
Campers will touch, taste, smell, listen, and look their way to a deeper understanding of what keeps an ecosystem in balance. Discover the homes of wildlife living at Dirksen Nature Park and learn how to protect this special urban habitat. Build a natural shelter, explore aquatic homes, create your own bird nest, and have fun while developing new friendships. All camps hosted at Dirksen also include a full day of paddling on the Tualatin River with experienced river guides. Musical Camp Session 2--Peter Pan Jr. - Cooperative Arts & Humanities High School
Theme: Disney Alice in Wonderland Jr. *The Shubert Summer Theater & Arts Camp is a summer program for middle-school students who want to explore interests, potential, and opportunities in the arts. The camp offers students a chance to take in-depth classes in dance, music, theater, visual arts, and creative writing while in an arts rich environment. The camp is open to both New Haven and non-New Haven residents. Located at adjacent Cooperative Arts & Humanities High School, The Shubert Summer Theater & Arts Camp is situated in the heart of downtown New Haven, surrounded by theaters, galleries, and museums. DIGITAL FILMMAKING: SO YOU WANT TO BE ON YOUTUBE? - Memphis University School
This camp challenges students to tell a story with moving images and offers hands-on learning and instruction in writing, directing, editing, cinematography, and production. While producing a group film, each student will experience several aspects of the creative process. Topics covered include storyboarding, camera techniques, sound and music, and scriptwriting.
