Long Tail Knits will be hosting a summer camp for students looking to learn to knit or crochet. This will be held at the store June 13 through June 17 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You will learn the basics in knit/crochet. Your choice. The cost of the camp will be $25.00 per day or $125.00 for the week. If you pay for the entire week ahead of time, you will receive a 10% discount. This does not include the cost of materials. We will be offering beginner patterns for those who are just starting out and for those who have some of the basics down, we will have intermediate beginner projects for learning other techniques and stitches. The Summer Sessions will be focused on athletic development, coaching our young athletes in multi-sport environments that will help develop athletic literacy and capacity in a fun-filled setting. We have collaboration with iSport and Vermont Orthopaedic to supplement our sports-specific content and act as medical advisors and supporters. In addition to this we will have world class national team and collegiate athletes and coaches delivering our sessions to provide a cutting edge experience for young athletes. We are introducing a brand-new calendar of exciting sessions this summer with Athletic Conditioning Camps, Summer Action Sport Camps and Cyclocross, Road Biking and Mountain Bike Camps available.
