Ages 13-18 Camp Summers & Manget $25 Registration Fee REGISTER BY FEBRUARY 6 TO RECEIVE A FREE SHIRT. You can register online or by mailing in a registration form. Please note that in order to receive the free shirt, your registration form and fee should be received by February 6. The Ripple Effect: A ripple is started by one single drop of water hitting a larger group, and then ripples occur that extend out further and further. As Christians, you can have the same effect. You are not too young to be the “drop” that results in change in our schools, homes, and neighborhoods. Teen Script Writing & Directing Camp - Seattle, WA
This summer camp is for teens 13 - 17, who want to learn how to create a production ready short script. Students will be paired in groups of two and will work collaboratively in creating a shootable three to five page script. Students who participate in TheFilmSchool Camp will receive guaranteed admission into the SIFF Teen Production Camp (separate registration and fee through SIFF Education). Scripts from the TheFilmSchool Camp will be chosen for production in the SIFF Teen Production Camp and will be shot at Seattle Center. Date: August 15 - August 19. Charlottes Web - Main Cast Grades 4-8 - Barn Second Floor
THIS YEARS SPRING SHOW IS CHARLOTTES WEB! A Non-Musical - Based on the book by E.B. White. Directed by Kirsten Raymond Learn performance skills and grow as an actor while directly applying the new knowledge to a full production performance of Charlottes Web. Through rehearsals and theater games and exercises, students will hone skills in acting and movement in a supportive group environment. Charlottes Web auditions will take place on March 2nd at the HCA. 2nd -3rd graders should arrive for their audition at 5:15 pm. They should prepare a short poem of their choice or read one of the poems provided in the attachment. 4th - 8th graders do not have to schedule an appointment. Please arrive anytime between 5:45 pm - 6:15 pm. Auditioners will be seen one at a time in the order of their arrival. There are two attachments of audition material for this age group. Variety Show! - Building J
Rise and shine campers, its time for a show! Come join Duke Schools biggest, wildest variety revue for its 7th consecutive year! Do you like to sing and dance? Do you like puppets, jokes or just like to ham it up? Variety Show Camp is the camp for you! At the beginning of the week well try different activities - read some jokes, sing, act out skits and talk about our talents. Halfway through the week, well begin to craft and rehearse our show.
