KidSport Mornings Ages 4 -13[] Kids enjoy a variety of team sports, individual sports, team building games, fitness and other physical education activities and swimming lessons Director: Kerry Winkelseth, UM School of Kinesiology Campers bring snacks and water. Mornings, Monday-Friday. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Curbside Drop-off. Staff will collect your camper from your car at 8 AM and bring your camper to your car at 12 Noon. KidSport offers children the opportunity to learn and refine non-competitive sport-specific, team building and social skills. The activities are age appropriate and developed by experts in childrens physical education. KidSport is staffed by certified teachers as well as physical education and education majors focused on providing a first-rate experience for your kids! Teen Director's Camp - New Bern, NC
Info and application posted under Children's Programs on Rivertowne's Website! www.rivertowneplayers.org This week long camp will meet every afternoon. We will work with local directors to learn technique, stage blocking and tableaus, the audition process, vetting and preparing a show, ect. Guest directors will visit with us to tell us about their personal techniques. There are VERY limited spots. An application will be available for the first two weeks of June. This is FREE OF CHARGE! We do hope to host a teen show this spring, and the production team will come from this camp.

History 2 6/27 - 7/1 - Rockridge BART - (base of the escalators)
This is our History 2 week. This week we will be moving around the Bay Area taking daily field trips while using public transportation to navigate our way. The week will be comprised of the schedule below*. Day 1: Fort Point/City Hall Day 2: Wells Fargo Museum/Cable Car Museum Day 3: SF Dungeon/Wax museum and Boudin Bread Factory Tour Day 4: Angel Island/US Immigration Station/China Town back alley tour Day 5: USS Pampanito/ SS Jeremiah OBrien (Days may not be in the specific order above) We meet at Rockridge BART station every morning at 8 AM then travel the city to our destination or destinations. My name is Amanda Wilt. I will be the martial arts instructor for the YSCP Extended Day Program. I am a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I am both a teacher and a student of TKD. As most of us know, learning is something that is year round and a never ending practice. I would like to tell you a little about myself, so you may know me better. I received my B.S. degree in Special Education at Bloomsburg University (K-12). After college I taught through the CIU #10 and was placed in classrooms throughout the districts. I taught in Philipsburg-Osceola, Park Forest Middle School, and State College H.S. (9th/10th grades). Although I loved teaching, I made the difficult decision to stay home and homeschool my children when they arrived. I began my martial arts training at the age of 14 and started my children at Youngs Tae Kwon Do School in Bellefonte, PA when they were elementary age. They both attained the rank of black belt before they left to continue their studies in college. I was also an assistant coach for the Bellefonte H.S. swim team for 4 years.
