In this session, SHEbot to the Rescue: Saving the World with Robots! , participants will learn how getting involved in building, programming and competing with LEGO NXT robots can lead to careers that help the world become safer, easier, and more. While having fun participant are engaged in teamwork, as well as computer programming, problem solving using math, robot engineering, design concepts, and critical thinking. Construct your own Robot dog or sculpture from recycled parts and junk and then add robotic technology to make it move. Build a small bristle bot robot who paints.
