This camp uses famous artists and illustrators as inspiration for creating artistic masterpieces. Campers will enjoy learning about artists such as Renoir, Degas, van Gogh, OKeeffe, and Picasso before creating their own impressionist paintings, clay sculptures, self-portraits, large flower paintings, and cubist compositions. We will also examine works of childrens book illustrators and create collages and paintings in their styles. Inspired Artists will be led by Brookwood Schools after-school instructor extraordinaire, Marleen Wood. She ties together her love of art history with her passion for encouraging children to create art. 978 525 6244

This is a great opportunity for prospective Roseville 2016 freshmen, sophomore, JV and varsity players to get a jump on the season. Select a beater bike to transform into your own one-of-a-kind ride. Youll take it apart and put it back together so that its like new. Using wrenches, specialized tools, grease, and your own hands, youll overhaul your brakes, hubs, headsets and thats just the start. From here on out youll be an expert at bike repair and maintenance. Art in nature is everywhere, whether youre looking at the veining on a dragonflys wings or scrutinizing the filaments of a birds feather. In this camp well use all our senses and some helpful tools to explore natures gallery searching for inspiration for our own works of art. Using clay, paints, found materials, herbs, wood, sand and bits of fallen sky, campers will let their imagination run wild as they learn about the natural world and express themselves creatively.
