15 hours of tennis instruction in our 3-Day Tennis Camp. Research is what sets us apart from the rest. We will show you Super Slow motion of professional players and fundamentals at the highest level. Through Dartfish split screen analysis we will show you the efficiency of your stroke and how to improve in less time. This program features Dartfish video analysis of the forehands, backhands and serve. Other strokes covered throughout the 3 day program are volleys, return, approach shot, overhead and lob. With more time to practice and drill, the strokes-to-strategy emphasis allows the player to improve at a faster rate. We are excited to announce we will be having our first ever Youth Art Camp!! This will be a 3 day camp for 2 hours a day from 10am -12pm. Each day your child will learn a different form of art and create their own masterpiece to bring home. We will also provide a light snack each day. This will be a great learning opportunity for each child with a creative mind. I will have limited spaces. The fee for this camp is $60 a child for all 3 days. If you think you would be interested in signing up your child you may call the store @ 256-754-5018 and place a $20 non refundable deposit to hold your childs spot. The KMS Cycling Summer Road Camp is a great way to improve your cycling and learn a lot about the sport. Through a combination of training rides, training races, skills work, drills, gym work, demonstrations and discussions, you will become a better cyclist and, more importantly, learn how continue to improve long after the camp ends. This is not intended to be an easy camp with a lot of down time; rather, it is targeted toward 13 to 16 year-olds who are intrinsically motivated to take their road cycling (i.e. Road Race, Criterium, and Time Trial) to the next level. Expect to be on your bike most of the week!
