$100, for ages 15-19. 4-6pm, Monday-Friday, Dec. 26-30. This is a project based machine sewing workshop. New to sewing or need help with a project? We teach you the basics for learning to sew and you will complete a few projects. This is also good for those familiar with a sewing machine and want to build their skills. This event is a special night to donate money to future campers. Let's help provide kids with the opportunity to experience the magic of the Hodag while building memories they will carry throughout their lifetime! Everyone is welcome... So bring your friends! P.S. Teens ages 13-17 will work with Ignites’ experienced instructors to learn the arts of Glass Blowing, Solid Sculpting, and Flameworking. No prior glass experience necessary. Each student will create at least 3 finished glass projects, blown and/or solid during the session. $350 per person

Shooting Skills Camp - Colorado Christian University (Event Center)
This camp is designed to help campers learn the high level fundamental skills needed to become a great shooter. Coach Lubbers teams have consistently ranked as one of the best FT and 3PT shooting teams not only in the RMAC but in the country. CCU Consistently ranks in the top 10 in the country in 3PT%, FT%, 3PTFG Made and FT Made. In 2015 Coach Lubbers led CCU to the programs 1st ever National Championship. This science-themed week will be full of experiments and creations and hopefully some slime & bubbles, but no big explosions! Campers will recieve a summer camp T-shirt. This year, The Drama Club will be putting on a production of Maurice Sendak and Carole Kings REALLY ROSIE. It follows a typical summer day in the life of the Nutshell Kids, a group of neighborhood friends, including Pierre, Alligator, Johnny, Chef Jeff from the Nutshell Library books, and Rosie and Kathy from The Sign on Rosies Door. Rosie — the self-proclaimed sassiest kid on her block of Brooklyns Avenue P and based on a girl Sendak knew as a child growing up in Brooklyn — entertains everyone by directing and starring in an Oscar-winning movie based on the exciting, dramatic, funny (and slightly exaggerated) story of her life. Drama Club meetings will be run both as rehearsals (starting with warm-ups, followed by blocking, running of scenes, vocal work, and choreography) AND prop, set, & costume design and/or painting and building time. Members will work together to come up with the design of the show and use club time to execute some set and prop pieces, as well as costume pieces.
