Get Ready for Algebra! MODULE 1 - Orchard Hills School
Bungee jumping, stacking cups, racing toy cars, and basketball shots are a few of the many hands-on activities students will engage in as they explore algebraic functions and mathematical modeling. Students will gain understanding of core algebraic concepts in order to be successful and to lay a core foundation for success in Algebra. 714-832-6299

Skyhawks Flag Football Camp - Park - Hoover (PHOOV)
Skyhawks Flag Football Skyhawks Flag Football is the perfect introduction to Americas Game or a great refresher to those who want to brush up on their skills preparing for league play. Through our skill of the day exercises, campers will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun and positive environment. The week ends with the Skyhawks Super Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron! Sport Specific Requirements: All participants receive a t-shirt, water bottle, and a player evaluation. The participant-to-coach ratio is approximately 12:1. We are USPTA & PTR certified and heavily involved with the USTA NorCal in 12 & Under tennis, Jurnior Team Tennis, the Coaches Commision, and are a Certified USTA Schools trainer. Our goal is to positively impact young people to ensure character development and the mastery of life skills through instruction in the game of tennis. Our Mission is simple: Bring tennis to 30,000 kids in the greater Stanlislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced counties over the next two years. The result is creating a tennis player for life. Residential Field Player Camp - Rice University
The residential camp for field players will focus on four principles of a complete player: physical, psychological, technical and tactical. The program will be intense, but will foster learning through a fun, competitive environment. Players begin each day with strength and agility exercises and then a technical session. After lunch, players will return to the field for our tactical session and small sided games. Each evening, competitive matches will be played, giving coaches the opportunity to observe the players understanding of the topics covered that day. Our staff will be comprised of only the top college, ODP and club coaches available. This camp is open to any and all boys and girls ages 12-18. **Please note that graduating high school seniors are now allowed to participate in summer camps where collegiate coaches are on staff. 04th 2016 Camp, Horse Lovers OVERNIGHT - Blue Point Stables
This "Horse Lovers" OVERNIGHT Camp begins on a Monday at 9:00 am and continues until Friday at 4:00 pm. Campers will be assigned a horse to ride and care for. In the larger enrollment classes, campers share assigned horses. Activities that the campers will be involved with are... Riding Lessons (generally twice a day, weather permitting) Grooming, Stall Care & Management, Equine Characteristics, Arts and Crafts, Horse Health and Welfare and Swimming Pool fun at the end of each day. Plus, making friends or renewing previous relationships with new and returning campers alike. Campers will need to bring appropriate clothing for each day, to include layered warm clothing on cooler days and rain gear when needed. Their breakfasts, lunches, dinners and drinks for each day will be provided by BPS. Daily change of clothing is recommended during the hotter weeks. Swimming is optional and up to the camper However, a bathing suit and personal beach towel is required. Meals. beginning with lunch on Monday and ending with lunch on Friday (includes all Breakfasts, Lunches & Dinners), will be provided for each overnight camper through the week.
