As 21st century women we are constantly juggling the responsibilities of family, work and school. We all deserve some time out for ourselves. Why not take some time to re-connect with yourself and enjoy the fellowship of womanhood at our beautiful camp in Southwestern Michigan. The Preseason Faceoff Clinic will focus around the three fundamentals for youth to advanced level players; technique, repetition, and competition. The face-off clinic will teach the players how to hold the stick properly, feet/stance alignment, stick alignment, and primary/counter moves. Specific face-off drills and advanced skill work performed at the college and MLL level will also be incorporated throughout the clinic. The first day will focus mainly on face-off instruction and repetition. The second day will focus mainly on repetition and competition.
