Tuba: HS Band - University of Texas at Austin
The High School Band Camp is designed for musicians ranging from the most talented and proficient to the less experienced. It is open to entering grades 9, 10, 11, or 12. This session features four concert bands each conducted by an outstanding high school director. The program includes sectionals, master classes, elective study, supervised practice, and optional private lessons. Week 5 AM - Fishing - NESS
Summer is the best time of year for fishing, but you need the knowledge of fish habits to help narrow down the best fishing areas by boat and from shore. Open to both experienced and new anglers. Learn the basics of a variety of styles of fishing including rod and reel trolling, bottom fishing, fly fishing, clamming and lobster fishing. Students will also learn about tying knots, baiting hooks, cleaning gear, and practicing fishing safety. Become more aware of local fisheries and fishing impacts. We practice catch and release only. Students should bring their own fishing rods and tackle ready for use. Some NESS rods are available and bait will be provided, please call to inquire. 860-535-9362

Creativity and Imagination Camp - Piedmont High School
Students will create artworks inspired by the techniques and ideas of famous illustrators, painters and writers. We will study the works of Maurice Sendak, Hokusai, Frida Kahlo, Dr.Seuss, Kandinsky, Shel Silverstein, Mary Blair and more. Students will explore many materials and art techniques such as ink, textile art, collage, watercolor, colored pencil, stamping, and mixed media. All skill levels welcome. Materials are included.
