Week 5 After Care - Ann Arbor Art Center
Extends the care of your child after camp if you are unable to pick them up at 4:00pm. Post care covers a two hour time period from 4:00 to 6:00pm The flat fees for Pre-Camp Care and/or Post-Camp Care cover the entire week and do not vary with the number of days your child actually attends. We provide Pre-Camp and Post-Camp care as a convenient option for working parents. Due to the limited number of spaces available, we do not pro-rate. Gymnastics - Intermediate Gymnastics Camp - Jefferson County Community Center
This camp is for gymnasts that have mastered basic positions and skills. The intermediate gymnastic level introduces the gymnast to skill on the high beam, handstand forward rolls, round offs, front walkovers and back walkovers. Gymnasts will also work on skills using the bars and springboard. Parents please provide snacks for your child, as we will be breaking daily for a snack. This week is designed for high school aged campers: we start later and go longer. The morning has lots of options for early risers and the nights always end around campfires or stars. Sometimes you need to step out of the hectic high school schedule and be reminded. Reminded, that you are surrounded by friends, and a world full of wonder that is greatly loved - by a great God! The ocean is home to many gnarly wave, current, and wind animal surfers. Learn how pelicans use an A-Frame beach break, investigate sea lion and penguin cutbacks, use the methods of an epic cormorant duck dive, explore how jellyfish try to avoid getting caught inside, and how dolphins hang rostrum down the line. Get a taste of stand up paddle boarding and surfing that includes turtle rolls in order to reach far out levels that will set you on track to make your own rooster tail in the future.
