This will be a 4 week event. Workouts will last for 1 hour and they will be full body workouts. Everyone will need their own yoga mat, jump rope, 2 3-8 lbs weights, water, and towel. All fitness levels are welcome you will never be judged only motivated to push yourself. Bring a positive attitude and a smile. Invite your friends and let's make this a amazing event plus we all know if you bring someone with you then you are 90% more than likely to complete the fitness camp. Toddler Boot Camp: 'I'm a Big Kid Now' - Battle Creek, MI
Youngsters and their families will enjoy stories, crafts, songs, and surprises at Toddler Boot Camp. This themed four-week story time is geared to children 1-5 years old to encourage them to transition from the baby stages to a big kid. Stories and songs such as "Bye Bye Binky," " No More Diapers," and "No More Monsters," will be shared to make transitioning for parent and child a fun experience.
PRE-TEEN CAMP - Woodlake, TX
We are now taking reservations for PRE-TEEN CAMP! Ages are kids in grades 3-5 (just completed). Camp will be at the Pineywoods Baptist Camp in Woodlake, TX, July 30-August 3, 2016. Times shown are approximate. We will release schedule closer to the date. Cost is $275 Total, with a $50 deposit due upon registration. We will be taking a charter bus to the camp. Want to dance like a B-boy or B-Girl? Adrenaline Dance Force brings an amazing B-boy camp to you! This B-boy focused intensive camp will start with a daily warm up, stretch, strength training, and skill session. Our B-boy Crew will bring the latest in street moves and tricks, and work to build a skill base for dancers to improve their abilities. This camp is open to boys and girls, all ages and abilities! Dancers will be separated into age and ability groups.
