Youth Empowerment Camp - Troy, MO
This annual leadership training camp is a gathering of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, allied, and intersex (LGBTQQAAI) designed and created by youth activists and allies who are dedicated to defeating homophobia and transphobia and creating brave, supportive schools for everyone. Camp is driven by young people. This year we are renting a huge camp at Cuivre River State Park with Cabins, Dinning Hall, Firepit and even a pool located just a little over an hour from St. Louis, MO next to Troy, MO. Each time they attend camp children will enjoy a mind-awakening story and learn the skills, moves, and joy of playing soccer. They will enhance listening and social skills as well as develop coordination and balance as they get their first taste of soccer in a fun and safe environment.
