Summer Strength and Speed Training Girls - 9th-12th grades - Wichita Collegiate School
Instructor: Black All classes will be taught in the state of the art Lattner Center located on the west side of the Upper School. Some sessions will take place on the turf or track at Spartan Stadium located just to the east of the Beren Middle School. The summer staff of Troy Black, Mike Gehrer, Destiny Clark, Cam Clark, and other staff as needed have many years of proven experience and knowledge. The curriculum and techniques like the training center are state of the art and are presented in a positive uplifting environment. Each session has a curriculum molded to the skill sets and abilities of the students. Strength and Speed - For the 6th year, we will be offering a class that is designed for the female athlete. Female athletes need to work on their strength and speed just like the males. The focus of the program will be on developing overall body strength, learning proper lifting technique, improved jumping ability, agility, speed improvement, and core strength. 2016 Stanford Synchro Swim Camp - Overnight - Stanford Athletics
Stanford Synchro Swim Camp will allow athletes the opportunity to work with Olympic medalists, National Team coaches and coaches of the Stanford University Synchronized Swimming Team. During this camp, athletes will focus on and learn the importance of injury prevention based land training, sport-specific muscle strengthening, and translation of these elements into the water. They will learn the technical warm-up Stanford Synchro athletes use to train, and a short Stanford Synchro routine to perform at the end of camp. Elite Training Camp, Week 2 - Bolles San Jose Campus
The Elite Training Camp is the highest level of swim camp offered at The Bolles School. This camp will challenge swimmers mentally and physically as campers will train like The Bolles School Sharks swimmers in an intense, competitive team atmosphere. Campers may register and train for as many as 7 weeks during the June 12 to July 23, swim camp program. This camp is for swimmers ages 13 - 18 as of June 1, 2016. 904-256-5071

Entering 2nd - 5th Grade: Traditional summer camp with several activities throughout the day. Join our enthusiastic staff of trained recreation leaders for a fun mix of activities, crafts, sports and fun surprises. Camp offers a safe, nurturing environment in which children are free to explore new things, meet new friends, and create summer memories that last a lifetime. The program is designed to cater to the community with a traditional fun camp offering for grade school aged children.
