NFL Alumni Players & Cheerleaders Caring for Kids Campaigns - Jacksonv
The JVC TV Fundraiser program is in coordination with JVC, the NFL Alumni's mission of "Caring for Kids" and the NFL Play 60 Program, a program that promotes the idea of 60 minutes of exercise a day for kids of all ages. The fundraiser consists of two JVC TV’s, an HD 55” and the other an HD 65”. Only 300 tickets will be available exclusively on our web site for $20 each or 3 for $50. Each ticket has the opportunity to win one of the two TVs. Once the 300 tickets are sold no more will be available. It will be a first come, first serve event. The first ticket that is drawn will win the 55” TV, then the second ticket drawn will win the 65” TV. The grand drawing will be held during our 4th Quarter NFL Alumni "Meet & Greet", Nov. 19 6pm to 9pm, scheduled to be located at the BoneFish Grill in Jacksonville Beach. The drawing itself will be scheduled for 8pm.

Youth Colorguard Camp - Salem, MO

Specialty Camp Week 1: Chopped - Westminster School
Vendor: Tiny Chefs Chopped! Never have food challenge reality shows been so popular and Chopped! is a favorite here at Tiny and Gourmet Chefs! We like it so much we decided to base a whole week long camp on the concept. Our version has the added twist of focusing on different cuisines every day of camp. So, each day the Tiny and Gourmet Chef campers will be presented with a basket with 3 or 4 ingredients, which reflect these different cuisines—French, Italian, Mexican, Asian and All-American. Using those ingredients and working within those cuisines, they will challenge themselves to make mouthwatering specialties, traditional favorites and explore new ingredients, tastes and combinations. *9 child minimum, 20 maximum (703) 340-7268

Fashion Sewing Camp at The Sewing Room- Student Choice Learn to sew, draw, and express yourself through fashion! Join us for a week or two of fashion fun. Each child will complete a garment and model it in an informal fashion show at the end of the week. We explore different aspects of the design process throughout the camp. Machines and tools are provided at THE SEWING ROOM, but students must purchase a project either from THE SEWING ROOM or from a fabric store (not included in the price of the camp). Elgin Academys Musical Theater Camp combines all the components of a professional performance in a fun camp atmosphere! Camp will begin with auditions to help determine the campers current developmental and comfort levels in performance. All participants will be assigned a role to perform for a final presentation. Additionally, students will work together with staff to help create sets, costume pieces and props. Participants and their families are asked to make a commitment to regular attendance, as absences significantly impact the groups preparation. Nothing compares to the joy of cruising through Portland on a bike in the summer. Cruisers get a whole week of expanding their city view by exploring their neighborhood and beyond. Each day campers decide which destinations and parks to explore as a group, developing a sense of teamwork and mutual support along the way. Trips focus on riding safely, crossing intersections, reading maps, and troubleshooting common mechanical problems. Cruisers experience the empowerment of discovering new places through their very own person-powered transportation. As riders challenge themselves each day, many are surprised by how far they can go on two wheels.
