Over the past 17 years, we have been blessed to only work with great athletes, many of whom have developed the skill and discipline to move on and become productive parts of the athletic and professional community. 2016 Speed of Play : Leadership through Fitness CRIC - Coon Rapids Ice Center
(2016 SOP SCHEDULE BELOW) AKASPORTs Speed of Play: Leadership through Fitness Program, is led by AKA Director, Chris Schulz and the AKA professional training Staff. Participants enrolled in the AKA Speed of Play (SOP program), in partnership with the AKA All Sports Camp (ages 6-12), will offer adolescents an opportunity to be active, train and play in an All Sports setting geared to teach them leadership qualities with personal mentorship opportunities. The base of the Speed of Play program is from 9:00am-4:00pm and the doors are open for all Speed of Play participants from 7:00am-6:00pm, the same hours of the AKA All Sports Camp so you can take advantage of supervised activity time the entire day. Valentines Make-In - University City Arts League
Its a Make-In, Baby! Adults and kids of all ages can drop in and make as many valentines as you like with plenty of paper, doilies, and sparkly glitter glue! Pay what you wish in advance or at the door. Basic "scratch-foam" printing is available for younger children (under 10) and all drop-in participants. Want to learn to cut a rubber block to make a series of printed cards? Pre-registration ( at any price level) is required for this option, and is for ages 10+ only.
