Fundamentals Sports Camp is a six week program which may include basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, Summer Olympics, and flag football. Each week we focus on learning the rules and history of a sport, playing it at least once each day. Old camp favorites such as dodge ball, capture the flag, four square, and pirate ball are incorporated into the program as well. However, Fundamentals Sports Camp is not only about the games we play but it is our "off the field" curriculum that sets us apart form other sports day camps. Informal discussions on sports current events, character-building, sportsmanship, and choosing role models are held daily. Fundamentals teaches children the value of teamwork and commitment which are the essential elements of success in sports, as well as in life. Spring Break Clinic - Oklahoma State University
Come and develop your soccer skills with OSU Head Coach Colin Carmichael, OSU Associate Head Coach Justin Elkington and OSU assistant coach Ben Williams. Coach Carmichael is a four time Big 12 Coach of the Year and three time NSCAA Regional Coach of the Year. Coach Elkington was voted NSCAA Assistant Coach of the Year in 2011. Both coaches have attained their USSF A licenses and their NSCAA Premier Diplomas. The OSU staff will be assisted by local youth coaches and current OSU soccer team members. The cowgirls have won 5 Big 12 Championships and competed in 9 NCAA tournaments.
