Teen Adventure Trip: Camping and Fishing Trip - Chandler, AZ
Explorer or thrill seeker, experience a summer of adventure that will invigorate your spirit. Designed for teens ages 13 and up, getaways are a great way to meet new people. Learn the art and science of fishing from a true expert. We will be escaping the Valley heat by traveling north to some of the best hidden fishing holes where fishing is at its best. Participants will be provided with transportation, fishing pole, and bait. Bring a large lunch, a lot of water, your valid AZ fishing license and appropriate clothing for the weather (close-toed shoes are required). *Pre-registration is required.

Tiny Torches Gymnastics - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
For rising PK boys & girls Catch the Olympic spirit and join us this summer for our Tiny Torches Gymnastics Camp. This camp is designed to introduce the littlest all-stars to the sport of gymnastics in a fun, age-appropriate format. Classes will challenge gross motor skill development such as hopping, skipping, and jumping, enhance balance, improve coordination and introduce fundamental of gymnastics. This camp will include instruction in balance beam & floor exercise. We will emphasize developing strength, flexibility and coordination through daily games, challenges and activities. Begin here & join the Road to Rio for 2016 Olympic Year! Daily Olympic games and relays played with prizes and end of camp participation medals will be included. Fairy Tale Theatre - OCS Arts Center
Campers will be offered the chance to play their favorite character in a fairy tale mashup that promises lots of laughs and maybe a lesson or two. They will learn the basics of theatre performance while rehearsing a show that will be performed for family and friends on the last day of class. When campers are signed up, please tell us what character they would like to be and the teachers will write an original play incorporating all the chosen characters. Cutoff date for signups is July 13 (to complete script writing). Paper & Paint 3D Creations (A.M.) with Ansley Young - Westerly Creek Elementary (Art Room)
Teacher: Ansley Young The wonders of paper and paint come to life in this camp, where 3D projects are built and produced from papier mache, paper bags, watercolor paint, acrylic paint and dimensional embellishments, like beads, yarn, and found objects. Participants will brain storm ideas for these 3D projects on the first day, and will walk away with fabulous creations, which might be masks, sculptures, or an imaginary 3D robot, at the end of the week. Join us for the last 10 minutes of camp on the final day for an art gallery walk in the classroom. We close online registration 24 hours prior to camp start.
