Teen Fitness Camp - Fleming Island, FL
Register for our Fall Teen Fitness Camp for October. Open to all teens, between the ages of 14-18 years old. It’s all about fitness, coordination, strength, nutrition, confidence and—most of all—fun! Parents must register teen and complete participation forms and waivers in person. Program runs from October 3 - December 16. No sessions will be held Thanksgiving week, November 21-25. NFL Alumni Players & Cheerleaders Caring for Kids Campaigns - Jacksonv
The JVC TV Fundraiser program is in coordination with JVC, the NFL Alumni's mission of "Caring for Kids" and the NFL Play 60 Program, a program that promotes the idea of 60 minutes of exercise a day for kids of all ages. The fundraiser consists of two JVC TV’s, an HD 55” and the other an HD 65”. Only 300 tickets will be available exclusively on our web site for $20 each or 3 for $50. Each ticket has the opportunity to win one of the two TVs. Once the 300 tickets are sold no more will be available. It will be a first come, first serve event. The first ticket that is drawn will win the 55” TV, then the second ticket drawn will win the 65” TV. The grand drawing will be held during our 4th Quarter NFL Alumni "Meet & Greet", Nov. 19 6pm to 9pm, scheduled to be located at the BoneFish Grill in Jacksonville Beach. The drawing itself will be scheduled for 8pm.

Instructor: Rosanne Stutts The technical aspects of black-and-white photography will be emphasized so that students can work more creatively with their camera and in the darkroom. Camera operations, use of equipment such as lenses, tripod, and light meter, and correct film selection are among the topics to be covered. Learn basic density and contrast controls for both negatives and prints, along with proper film development. Basic darkroom procedures, safety, printmaking techniques, burning and dodging, toning, archival processing and print presentation will also be discussed. Please bring your own 35-mm camera with manual controls. This camp is a great way for dancers to have the opportunity to try many types of dance. Each class will begin with a warm-up stretch and flexibility workout. The, 30 minutes of each class will be dedicated to ballet technique, which is the root of all dance styles. The students will explore new styles of dance. Monday and Wednesday will be dedicated to Lyrical, Tuesday and Thursday will be dedicated to Jazz and Hip Hop. Each day the students will finish class working on a small dance piece that they will perform for parents on the last day of camp. This project-based learning course is designed to vigorously enrich each childs natural tendency to illustrate and create. Students will make an unlimited supply of exciting drawing ideas in a personal journal as they develop a colorful story-mural or a graphic novelette. PLT Academy, 2nd Semester - Pensacola Little Theatre
It is time for our 2nd semester of the Academy to begin! ( This is a year long program. Do not register for this class unless you are a current Academy student from fall 2015 ) This semester we focus on creating a production from beginning to end ( including set design, production coordination, marketing. outreach, etc. ) This course will also give the acting students a chance to channel some of the acting skills they learned into their character in the show. ***We will be performing one acts titled : " The Waiting Room" and " The Other Room" These performances will be open to the public. Hola! Join us this summer at Lets Play in Spanish, where students will learn and practice their vocabulary and conversational skills in a fun environment. The focus will be on learning Spanish through music, art, food, and field trips. Classes will be held indoors and outdoors. Field trips vary each week. Attendance for both weeks is preferable but not required. "Ambiguitos En Espanol" - a perfect option for our younger campers. "Ambiguitos En Espanol" will introduce the earliest learners to the Spanish language through games, music, dramatic play and art. Through language immersion as well as bilingual curriculum, camper will practice conversational Spanish and increase their Spanish vocabulary.
