Join us for our annual summer camp where kids participate in a stimulating and competitive environment. Focus will be on helping kids with teamwork and fundamentals while playing a variety of sports throughout the week. Prizes and awards will be given out daily, and participants will be rewarded for effort and sportsmanship. Campers are encouraged to bring a snack and water bottle. Drama Advanced Placement 7:25 PM Monday - New Childrens Theatre of Cincinnati
Prepared to be challenged by the likes of Shakespeare, Mamet and other influential playwrights in our Advanced Drama Class. This class will delve into the techniques used by famous teachers such as Stanislavsky, Chekov and Boal, to truly hone their skills in bringing characters to life on the stage. Please contact Jay Goodlett to confirm that you have the required training to participate. The last class of the session will be a performance class. Parents/Guardians are invited to attend. Healthcare Exploration Academy - LeTourneau University
Are you interested in becoming a healthcare professional, doctor, nurse, etc.? Then this camp is for YOU! You will learn skills professionals use every day in the hospital. Campers will have hands-on learning experiences working as healthcare providers. Activities will include learning how to take blood pressures, apply personal protective equipment, listen to heart and lung sounds, give injections, start IVs, suture wounds, participate in a simulation scenario and much more. They build models, attach sensors and motors that are plugged into a computer, and configure behaviors using a simple programming tool.
