This camp is designed to help advanced players polish up their individual skills while learning to execute team strategies for winning rallies, games and matches. Following some initial review for individual skills the majority of the camp sessions will be dedicated to competitive drills and scrimmages. Instruction will be geared towards maximizing each individuals skills to maximize a teams opportunities for success utilizing drills and tactics that help Texas A&M win the SEC Championship. This camp is intended for experienced players with strong individual skills and understanding of the game. This camp is limited to players entering grades 9-12. Players must only click the "Join a Group" option, even if you will be attending as an individual player. If you are attending as an individual, select the Individual group option. If you are attending with a team, find your teams name on the list, and enter the password your coach provided.

Teen Power Camp Begins Tuesday, 1 December! :) - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature.
