This Girl Scout Camp is nestled in nature’s paradise between meadows, woodlands and a beach area. My 11 year old daughter loves to participate in archery, swimming, kayaking, crafts, boating and hiking. She has developed a love for nature along with improved social skills. Join local DMV native and star Miami Dolphins linebacker Jelani Jenkins for the ultimate kids football camp this summer. The camp will be hosted by Jenkins and ten NFL Players from around the league. The non-padded, light contact camp aims to improve youth football IQ through position-specific techniques, fundamentals and skills development. The two-day camp is for 5th grade through rising ninth grade boys and girls, and promotes healthy activity, exercise and teamwork. Know any kids who would love to attend? We tip our hats to the old Aquatics Week that some old timers remember. But retro is not what we are going for. This week all of our campers will have a chance to sail, canoe, kayak, and PADDLEBOARD. Join us as we discover with you the joys yet another self-propelled water sport. Paddleboard the outlet stream, sail a great Adirondack Lake, kayak a great river, and learn from the sport that started it all: canoeing!
