Nature Detectives - Maple Hill Farm
Requirement: Children must be four years old at the start of class, able to separate from his/her parent, and be completely toilet trained. Start the week off with a Five Senses Adventure Hike. Students will learn to sharpen their observation skills while hiking Beaver Brooks trails. Meet some of our resident wildlife and learn interesting facts. Make your own detective kit, keep a nature journal, play games and learn wonderful new nature songs. Hands-on activities, artistic exploration, investigative hikes, games and songs designed to introduce natures beautiful gifts to young explorers. Payment Plan Terms: A $100 deposit per camper and a $10 payment plan processing fee must be paid in full at registration. CAMP COLLEY OVERNIGHT YOUTH CAMPS Overnight Youth Camps are designed to teach riding skills, horse care, and outdoor recreational skills. Life skills such as responsibility, empathy, and communication are emphasized in each activity. Campers ride a minimum of two hours per day in a series of riding lessons, games, and trail rides. Camp Colley partners with Hunkapi Horse Programs to provide overnight camps. This unique partnership will give campers additional opportunities at camp including, but not limited to, hiking, nature education, mountain biking, archery, and arts and crafts.
