Retreat 2016: Endurance - Proclaiming the Everlasting Kingdom - Naches
Each year the WGBC youth and guests spend 3 days in fellowship and under intensive instruction in the Word. The program includes worship services, bonfire fellowship, games, and various activities. This is a unique opportunity to establish new friendships, renew the old, and serve each other. But the most important aspect of this retreat is the time during the services when young people will be united in worship. Another great blessing of this time is the opportunity to interact with our pastors who will be there with us the whole time. This year's theme: The book of Daniel was written to encourage the Jews in exile by revealing God’s program for them. They are reminded that God is sovereign over the affairs of all rulers and nations. A key aspect within the overarching theme of God’s kingly control is Messiah’s coming to rule the world in glory over all men (2:35, 45; 7:13, 14,27). All of the kingdoms of this world will come to an end and will be replaced by the Lord’s kingdom, which will never pass away (2:44; 7:27). Though trials and difficulties will continue for the saints up until the end, those who are faithful will be raised...

Dive deep into the mysterious and inspiring world of our avian friends. Join us for five days of exploring the astounding lives of Birds. In this course you will gain a solid foundation in Bird Identification and Bird Language, gaining remarkable insights about what our avian friend can tell us about our environment and ourselves. The USF June Residential Training Camp Program for field players offered at the University of South Florida is designed to improve players both on and off the field. The program for ages 9-12 will run separately from the program for ages 13-18. Day training sessions are designed for speed and agility and improving players technique, tactical awareness on both offense and defense. The evenings consist of matches and tournament play.
