Snapology - The Philadelphia School
Take off on a robotics adventure featuring LEGO® models with working motors and sensors! Work in teams under guided instructions to build and program your models for a fun adventure. Student will get to build a different model each class, and learning is enhanced through use of laptops. Snapology programs provide a fun and safe environment for children to learn science, technology, engineering, math, and literacy concepts using LEGO® bricks and other similar building tools to teach children development skills and concepts of science. The children have so much fun building models and robots they hardly even realize its educational! Boys Basketball Camp - K- 2nd - St. Mary Magdalene School
Join StMM Varsity Basketball coach McKee in this morning camp for boys in rising kindergarten through 2nd grade. Have fun and improve your ball-handling skills. Art Lounge is an amazing program that helps build your knowledge, as well as your portfolio. Explore the studio of a local artist to gain inspiration and insight. Learn the basics of creating a blog to showcase your work and inspire others. Find out what it really takes to get into a college art program and succeed. Elite Camp - University of Nebraska
This camp is designed to be an intense camp for in-going grades 6th-12th who wish to prepare themselves for high school, college or beyond. Fundamental skill development on offense, defense and conditioning principles for all positions on the floor will be stressed. Both individual and team play development will be improved by attending this camp. Many of the same drills and techniques used by Coach Yori and her staff at Nebraska will be taught. Elite Camp begins in the evening of June 1 at 7:00pm. Registration for overnight campers will begin at 5:45pm and Commuter Campers at 6:30pm. The camp runs all day on June 2-3 and concludes at 4:00pm on June 3. If your camper is also registered for Skills Camp on June 1, there will be a dinner break and the Elite Session will begin at 7:00pm. Lacrosse - Middle & Lower School - Sports at The Heights School
Develop individual and team skills in a fun and positive environment. Become a better lacrosse player and let loose with Coach Mitchell and his fun-loving staff. Each player will be grouped by age and skill and partake in drills designed to teach every aspect of the game while emphasizing the fundamentals. Players will be placed on even teams and game and tournament play will be designed to spark competition and teach sportsmanship. In between lacrosse, players will enjoy other fun activities such as a pool trip, water slides, and individual competitions for prizes. Coach Mitchell will be joined by other Heights coaches, Heights alums, and visits from elite college and professional players.
