LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Coasters Grades 2-3 - Community Cycling Center Bike Shop
From exploring new neighborhoods to spanning distances they didnt know they could ride, Coasters experience the empowerment of a week on two wheels. Riders build confidence in this camp by tackling many different riding situations both within parks and on the road. They also gain experience riding both up and downhill in conjunction with proper shifting techniques for those with geared bikes. Its not all hard work though – Coasters will take breaks from their bicycles by playing games in local parks. Its a packed week of fun! Please note: Coasters camp will ride on streets. To participate, riders must be able to consistently start and stop unassisted and ride in a straight line. Skills they will develop: • Proper execution of emergency and anticipated stops • Avoiding hazards • Shoulder check and scanning for cars • Identifying types of intersections and crossing safely • Controlling speed riding down a hill • Signaling and communicating with other road users • Tube patching 503-288-8864 x321

Movement & Art Camp - Friendswood, TX
Kid Creations & Bay Area Pilates are teaming up for another 3-hour Movement & Art Camp. Kids will have FUN learning the benefits of pilates in a choreographed-for-kids pilates class for one hour and then will be escorted down the sidewalk to Kid Creations for two hours of arts and crafts. Snacks will be provided. Workshops can be attended separately. The cost is $45 for both. To come to Kid Creations alone from 1:00-3:00pm, the cost is $30. Olympic Kid's Camp 2016 - Poulsbo, WA
Summer Kids’ Camp right here at Olympic...is it possible? Yes, we are once again hosting a summer kids camp for kids between second and eighth grade. Three days and two nights of fun, friends, and a challenge about what it means to follow Jesus. Activities include :Horseback Riding, Hiking, Night Games, Campfires, and Swimming. While we are going to have a great time, we will also be spending time learning about what it means to go deeper in our relationship with God. MCC Kid Camp - Alliance, OH
Kids ages 7 to 11 (by 9/1/15) are invited to participate in 1, 2, or 3 activities for 3 days in July. They can sign up for Basketball from 9:30-11:30, Soccer from 12:30-2:30, Art from 3:00-5:00, or a combination of 2 or 3 of these activities. Costs are as follows: $10 per kid for 1 activity, $20 per kid for 2 activities, or $25 for ALL 3, which will include lunch and a snack each day. In the event that your household has more than 2 kids participating, cost is a MAX of $25 per family for 1 Activity, $50 MAX for 2 activities, and $60 MAX for ALL 3 Activities. EVERY KID WHO PARTICIPATES, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY ACTIVITIES, WILL RECEIVE AN EVENT SHIRT TO BE WORN EACH DAY. Signups for this event begin May 3rd and run through June 14th. 2016 Speed of Play : Leadership through Fitness CRIC - Coon Rapids Ice Center
(2016 SOP SCHEDULE BELOW) AKASPORTs Speed of Play: Leadership through Fitness Program, is led by AKA Director, Chris Schulz and the AKA professional training Staff. Participants enrolled in the AKA Speed of Play (SOP program), in partnership with the AKA All Sports Camp (ages 6-12), will offer adolescents an opportunity to be active, train and play in an All Sports setting geared to teach them leadership qualities with personal mentorship opportunities. The base of the Speed of Play program is from 9:00am-4:00pm and the doors are open for all Speed of Play participants from 7:00am-6:00pm, the same hours of the AKA All Sports Camp so you can take advantage of supervised activity time the entire day. In a nutshell: You will have the opportunity to select a minimum of 8 weeks (out of 12) for the 2016 Summer SOP program. 8 Week - Full Summer Speed of Play Program = $1,230 $165/week includes Field Trip each week ($1,320) 2 Field Trips are comped free of charge (-$90) (Individual week rate = $165) (Individual week rate with NO Field Trip = $120) If participants decide they do not want to attend a particular Field Trip, we will simply deduct and credit... 651-447-2454
