Teen Fitness Camp - Fleming Island, FL
Register for our Fall Teen Fitness Camp for October. Open to all teens, between the ages of 14-18 years old. It’s all about fitness, coordination, strength, nutrition, confidence and—most of all—fun! Parents must register teen and complete participation forms and waivers in person. Program runs from October 3 - December 16. No sessions will be held Thanksgiving week, November 21-25. Saturdays typically 9-11 for 7th grade and below and 11-1 for 8th grade and up at the Potomac School in McLean, VA. Some weeks do change due to school sport and club schedules.
