Scientist Explorers will engage in activities real scientists use to explore marine life and the ocean including research, microscopes, animal behaviors and anatomy. A field trip to the Alabama Marine Resources in Gulf Shores will take place on Thursday to tour the facility, which contains a fish hatchery with marine biologists. We will meet scientists there and learn about their work in protecting marine resources. 251-802-8605

Parents are welcome to stay and volunteer or drop off children for the camp. Volunteers will be background checked at the expense of Good Shepherd Church. Requirement: Completed Registration form per child. Registration Deadline: Upon maximum capacity of 30 children or December 12, 2016; whichever comes first. Only five children of the age two are able to be in the camp.
