Camp Joyful Hearts - Joy Outdoor Education Center
Growing up with heart disease can present significant physical and emotional challenges. Through Camp Joyful Hearts, Family Camp, and the support network of kids in similar circumstances that gather there each summer, we hope to help kids with heart disease and their families address these challenges. The Heart Institute at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center is dedicated to bettering the lives of heart patients and their families with compassion, commitment and the best possible medical care. Every year Cincinnati Childrens Heart Institute hosts a weekend Family Camp in May and a week summer camp in June called Camp Joyful Hearts for our patients at Camp Joy north of Cincinnati, OH. Zombie Survivor Lake Camp - City of Boerne Lake Park
The Zombie Apocalypse is coming! Do not be caught unprepared! Zombie Apocalypse Survival Camp teaches survival skills vital to protecting yourself and your family from invading zombies! Skills including: evasion tactics to avoid zombies, zombie combat in case you have an encounter, fishing, archery, shelter building and outdoor cooking for basic survival once the world as we know it has been ended. The undead wont stand a chance, but you will! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Camp Day Schedule : Hunt and Hike, snack, Activities Camp Curriculum by Day : Hike Park, Stealth and Evasion, Archery Combat, camo hide and seek, hunting, scavenger hunt, fishing, traps, campfire building, cooking. En Garde! Experience the thrill of sword fighting through the Olympic sport of fencing in a fun, fast-paced, and exciting environment. New and returning campers will discover the art of swordplay, develop fencing skills, learn about the rules and history of the sport, and hear about fencing in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. Fencers will engage in a wide array of games and skill-building activities designed to teach the sword-fighting technique. All equipment is provided and safety is emphasized. Next Level Camp The Next Level PGA Junior Golf Camps are for juniors who have played the game, show advanced skill development and are dedicated to taking their game to the next level. The camp takes a broad approach to cover all aspects of golf, including technology, the mental game and physical fitness. Campers are encouraged to join for at least 2-3 weeks for maximum improvement, but may sign up for individual weeks. Next Level Junior Campers must have a minimum of 2 years playing experience and turn 12 by 6/1/16. Next Level PGA Junior Camps offer small group instruction integrated with supervised course play.
