Keeping the Music Going
We worked hard to get our son interested in music and didn't want him to give up. That's why the idea of a fiddle camp was such a hoot! NAGSDA YOUTH CAMP MEETING Secure your spot by Registering Now -- http://nagsdayouthcamp2016.eventbrite.com MINIMUM AGE: You must be 11 yrs or older to attend this camp. Minors must be accompanied by a chaperon or responsible adult (21+) who assumes responsibility and accountability for both safety and behavior of the minor. DRESS CODE: Your dressing should reflect the professional nature of an Adventist Youth and Young Adult and should respect the principles of Christian modesty and simplicity. ROOMS: 2 people per room. All campers are required and highly encouraged to bring money to cover the key deposit of $20 per key. It will be the shared responsibility of the occupants of the room to maintain the security of the room and return the key in perfect condition. Deposits will be returned at check-out. LINEN/PILLOWS: It is your responsibility to bring your own pillow to the Youth Camp. None will be provided. Marywood University will be providing linens. Work Weekend - Holcombe, WI
Always work to do to get the camp ready for the campers. Two roofs will have steel installed on them, cleaning of the chapel and some of the cabins, yard work. We will also be switching the shop and the game room so lots of hands will be needed there. At least 9 holes of miniaturegolf will be moved to the area around the garage (soon to be game room). Food will be provided. Let us know if you will be staying overnight so some cabins will be cleaned and ready. For those staying over Saturday night there will be a chapel service on Sunday morning. Lots of hands make light work so join us for a weekend of working, fishing, fellowshipping and enjoying God’s great outdoors.

This camp will be 3 days long and 2 hours per day. We will be working on Walk, Trot, Posting, Leading, Haltering, Steering, Grooming, Parts of the Saddle, Bridle and Horse, and fun trivia about care of ponies/horses. Every kid learns at their own pace. I am here to teach them about horses and riding, while being safe and aware. If they are soaring, I let them soar and will continue teaching them new things. If they need to slow down and work on some smaller things, then they get to. This young age group is here to learn and have fun doing it. We have access to a great pond near Richmond that is stocked with trout during the colder months. We will head there to fish for stocked rainbows as well as bass and bluegill. We provide all the equipment. No experience needed. Boys and girls ages 7-15. Times 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Cost $75. 804-272-6362
