It's that time of year again!This is the first in our series of Teen Camp service projects for those of you who may need financial assistance in order to go to camp. You must complete this project if you're going to need a half or full scholarship. Don't know if you need a scholarship? Well, even if you have an inkling that you might need one, you should be there. But this project is also open to all, so if you just want to help out, join us! The project will involve cleaning out and sprucing up the public planters along Wentworth Avenue and Cermak Road in Chinatown. The project will begin at 9 AM and end around 1 PM. Lunch will then be provided to all who serve, at Ricobene's. Questions, message Kent Lau or Chi Chan. See you there!
Elite Stride Kid's Fitness Camp - Conroe, TX
Beginning June 5, 2015, Elite Stride will be holding a 6-week strength and conditioning training camp and also skilled position training camp. Age group 6-12. The ending date for this event is July 17. Our goal is to help your children get the most out of their summer vacation and provide them with an outlet to stay active as well as reinforce a sense of leadership and discipline. Not only will we get your kids in shape to perform their best, but we will motivate them to excel in their education and at home. This camp will be coached by Dwain Kanyiki, a Navy veteran, personal trainer, little league football coach, and Lone Star College football coach. Roycemore School offers two funfilled adventures for you to choose from. Discovery Unlimited is a 2 week enrighment intensive for students in grades Junior Kindergarten through 4th grade. Sessions are entertaining and challenging. Day Camp campers are guided in all the traditional day camp fun by our experienced staff. Activites include creative arts and crafts, drama, storytelling, music, guided gym activities, yoga and chess. Frequent field trips and swimming instruction are also included. 847-866-6055

This mini camp will focus on what it means to be a Presbyterian in todays world. Campers learn about how we understand our faith through an explanation of the Cross and Flame Logo.
