LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Speed & Agility Camp, Session 2 - Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy
Where: Wroubel Center, main gym, outdoor & sand courts About: Students who attend this camp will work on all aspects of conditioning, including but not limited to speed training, agility, quickness, and anaerobic conditioning. This camp incorporates sprint mechanics and footwork as it relates to various cone, ladder, band and sprint drills, first step quickness and lateral movements. Students will be exposed to different resisted movements as well as basic agility and plyometrics. Great for sports that need high levels of conditioning like Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse, etc. By using some of these techniques, some of the 2015 football players lowered their 40-yd dash & pro-agility and increased their vertical jump. This will also help soccer with improving pre-season testing results and in-season conditioning. **Sign up for both speed & agility sessions and pay only $100. Discount will automatically load at checkout.** What to wear/bring: Athletic attire, shoes for indoor and outdoor, socks, water bottle, and a readiness to prepare for your upcoming season. Impress your friends with your mods and your coding skills. Video games and education? Our curriculum leverages your students passion for video games, like Minecraft, to make learning STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) skills relevant. August 8-12th Winona River Rats - Jaycees Pavilion
Learn and create riverside games using found rocks, sticks, and whatever else the river gives us. Build miniature test rafts and race them. Build a rafts large and small. Learn about useful and edible aquatic plants and animals. Track aquatic creatures along riverbank including the beaver, muskrat, heron, raccoon and more. Build primitive forts. Make and fish with a simple cane pole just like Huck and Tom. Use cane pole as part of stick and bindle (hobo satchel) to carry your goods during your travels. Search for treasures to fill your bindle. Barter and trade for each others treasures. 507-272-5320

Residential Field Player Camp - Rice University
The residential camp for field players will focus on four principles of a complete player: physical, psychological, technical and tactical. The program will be intense, but will foster learning through a fun, competitive environment. Players begin each day with strength and agility exercises and then a technical session. After lunch, players will return to the field for our tactical session and small sided games. Each evening, competitive matches will be played, giving coaches the opportunity to observe the players understanding of the topics covered that day. Our staff will be comprised of only the top college, ODP and club coaches available. This camp is open to any and all boys and girls ages 12-18. **Please note that graduating high school seniors are now allowed to participate in summer camps where collegiate coaches are on staff.
