You can find a camp for almost any interest or need your family has. Besides “traditional” summer camps—ones typically featuring hiking, swimming, log cabins, and campfires—you can find programs for sports, music, art, dance, cheer-leading, and other hobbies.
The camp’s sponsor will influence the activities offered. Non-Profit organizations may offer specialized camps, and universities might offer academic classes to high school students for fun or college credit. Year-round groups like Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts frequently have summer trips as well.

A summer day camp designed for children ages 5-12. It will run from 9am to 3pm each day. Children will need to bring a bagged lunch each day (sorry no microwave). The cost is just $25 per child for the entire week! If you have any questions, please call or text Stephanie at 337-247-5625. R E G I S T R A T I O N If you are ready to register your child, please message me your mailing address and I can send a registration form to you. Also... REGISTRATION will be available DURING our Motorcycle Rally & Teen Cook-Off event coming Sat, April 30. Inquire at the Silent Auction Table. You'll need to provide payment to complete registration. All registration forms and money are due by Fri, May 20th.

Karma Kids Winter Break Camps - Nags Head, NC
We are opening up our doors just for the kids this holiday...because your children should have a place they want to go and have fun with their friends! We will have Karma Kids Winter Break Camps at The Studio December 19-23 & December 26-30, 2016 from 8:15am-5:15pm. We will celebrate the upcoming holidays with crafts, games, yoga, mindful activities and more! We will get outside for scavenger hunts, build ginger bread houses and explore yummy foods in our holiday food wars contest! Weekly fee is $155 and we do offer daily drop in for $45 per day.
The Summit - Youth Ministry Retreat - Westcliffe, CO
A retreat for anyone working professionally in ministry with youth, young adults, children, and families. Designed as a time of personal renewal, professional development, continuing education, and networking with other Youth Directors, Pastors, and Christian Educators . Time is spent in a peaceful mountain setting surrounded by God’s creation and wonderful people. Days are filled with time to relax, play, worship and be engaged in conversation and learning. This retreat will begin with lunch on Monday and ends with brunch on Wednesday. Early arrival options are also available.

Join us for an end- of- summer camp out in the gym. We will have TVs set up for video games, movies, and play games throughout the night. Pizza and pancakes provided for dinner and breakfast. Feel free to bring sleeping bags and any extra snacks you may want. Please RSVP

Apr 2016 Teen Clinic - GIRLS ONLY (Thu 5-6) - Eastlake Country Club
Series of four, 1-hour lessons for $140. Our teen clinics go beyond the basics of the golf swing. Emphasis is on the scoring part of the game: putting, chipping and pitching as well as full swing. Video analysis may be used to improve the swing. Rules and etiquette are also strongly emphasized. Intended for teens ages 13-17 (Minimum 4 students). PLEASE NOTE: There is a $3.95 non-refundable fee for registering online. If you would like to avoid this fee and pay with cash, check or credit card on the first day of the clinic, please email to register your child.
Mandarin - Little Dragons (Level 1) - Germantown Friends School
The objective of this club is to initiate what we hope will be a lifelong interest in a culture that is becoming an increasingly important player on the world stage. The program follows the My First Chinese Words curriculum, which offers an introduction to such key vocabulary as numbers, colors, body parts and animal names. Students will read supplementary Chinese storybooks, watch DVDs about Martial Arts and create arts and crafts related to Chinese holidays and traditions. Our bilingual, bicultural instructor, Wei Chen, is deeply committed to teaching Mandarin to children and to igniting their curiosity about foreign cultures. Please note: GFS is closed on Friday, May 27, so there will no club that day and the final club session will take place on June 3. 215-951-2384

Do you love learning about plants, animals, and the natural world? Do you want a chance to get outside, play, and explore this summer? Our nature camp will foster a personal connection to the natural world as we become naturalists and adventures fro the week! We will study a wide variety of topics such as plants and animals, ecosystems, outdoor exploration, nature crafts, and lively indoor and outdoor games. Each day campers will return home with some new fun facts, a game they learned, or even a story about what they found on a nature hike.
