Camp - Visual Arts S1 M-F 9:30 am (Ages 7-12) - Beck Center for the Arts
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.Explore the world of visual arts and different mediums - painting, drawing, sculpturing, mask making, printmaking, and clay-while learning about different artists. Participate in designing and creating a clay tile mural that will be displayed at Beck Center. Students also have the opportunity to create individual clay projects. This camp is intensive in nature and divided into two classes per day. Participants should wear clothing that can get dirty during the creation of art. Supplies provided. 3 Weeks; Mon - Fri; 9:30 am - 12 pm; Tuition: $335; Bring a snack. A Campers Art Exhibition will take place on the final day of camp, July 1 at 11:30 am. Camp Seaside - Week #8 - RSU5 Recreation and Community Education
Camp Seaside is a summer day camp based at the Mast Landing School on Bow Street in Freeport. Our day camp is designed to spark your childs imagination, grow new friendships and create a memorable summertime experience for all. Some of our time will be spent, weather permitting, at Winslow Park on beautiful Casco Bay. Each week will also consist of a highlight trip and a trip to a local state park or beach. Daily activities will include arts, crafts, sports and games. Campers are divided into age appropriate groups for most activities and trips, but participate in whole camp events as well. Fast Feet Soccer Camp - Main Campus
Calling out to all soccer fans! Mr. Jones will be hosting a week long soccer camp! Join in for a fun-filled week of soccer! The camp will be designed around the different age groups enjoying the game. Children want to play, so we will have as much game-time as possible, but skills and rules must be learnt to develop. So, we will include micro sessions before and after every game we play, so that the students are getting small doses of really important knowledge to improve their game, making it manageable and retainable. One of the features of the camp would be to watch a short clip of a famous soccer legend at the start of every day. The days session would be based on some of the moves and plays the legend performed during the clip. This would strengthen the key training objectives for the day, and hopefully, encourage the students to mimic and possibly become supporters of these legends. 6159487005.0
