UNH Outdoor Jobs and Summer Camp Fair 2016 - Durham, NH
Want to work outside this summer? Are you an outdoor program looking for potential employees? Come to the University of New Hampshire's annual Outdoor Jobs and Camp Fair Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the Granite State Room of the Memorial Union Building at UNH. More than 40 employers representing non-profit outdoor and environmental agencies, commercial outfitters, summer camps and international travel companies will attend this year's fair to recruit summer and full-time employees. Some representatives conduct on-the-spot interviews. The fair, which is free for job seekers and open to the public, attracts more than 400 students and others from diverse academic fields, including outdoor education, nursing, natural resources, recreation management, theatre arts, business, and equine sciences. Attendees can win raffle prizes donated by local businesses. This is a great opportunity for networking and obtaining employment or employees early on in the hiring season. Preacher (and Men's) Training Classes 2016 - Belle Rive, IL
The 9th annual preacher and men's training classes will be held at the Little Egypt Youth Camp near Dahlgren, Illinois June 20-24, 2016. (For more information, visit . All students must register. Saint Frances Cabrini School 2016 Spring Production "Suessical Jr." Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat, our narrator, tells the story of Horton, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos, including Jojo, a Who child who gets in trouble for thinking too many "thinks." Hortons challenge is twofold - not only must he protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, but he must also guard an abandoned egg thats been left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger, kidnapping, and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family, and community are challenged and emerge triumphant!
