By the Grace of God, under the auspices of HG Bishop Youssef and the guidance and blessings of Fr Isaac Bassily, we are getting ready for FL Kids Camp Winter 2015! Dates: December 27-30, 2015 Location: Lake Swan Camp 647 FL-26, Melrose FL Theme: "The Sign of the Lord" Verse: "But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ..." ~Galatians 6:14~ Who: Children in grades 1-5 (must be 6 years old by December 31st 2015) Regular Registration: Ends December 7, $100 for first child, $80 each additional Late Registration: Dec 8- December 14, $120 for first child, $100 each additional Servants: Must have completed one semester of college and either serve at their home Church with children or have served at Kids Camp previously. 1 servant per 4 children from each church. Kansas City Church of Christ Teen Camp Fundraiser - Olathe, KS
Inside the restaurant on the north side of Bass Pro, inside Uncle Bucks. Raising money for the teens to go to camp in June! Shopping for guest begins at 6:15pm!! Quarters down, Paddles up at 6:45pm!! Come on out and win items up to $75 for as little as 3 quarters from multiple area vendors. There will be two rounds of the auction and one round of the raffles. Vendors put up their item for bid for 1-3 quarters, you bid that many quarters per paddle you hold up, if you desire that item. If your paddle number gets called, THAT ITEM IS YOURS. Paddles are $3 each or 4 for $10. Raffle tickets are $1 each, 6 for $5 and arm span $15. Shop with a vendor and get a raffle ticket for every $5 spent. Ages 8-13, Hands-On, 4 hour class $30 Our school doors aren’t closed today. We’d love to educate your child(ren) on their day off with a skill set that will be used for decades to come—cooking! Do you love learning about plants, animals, and the natural world? Do you want a chance to get outside, play, and explore this summer? Our nature camp will foster a personal connection to the natural world as we become naturalists and adventures fro the week! We will study a wide variety of topics such as plants and animals, ecosystems, outdoor exploration, nature crafts, and lively indoor and outdoor games. Each day campers will return home with some new fun facts, a game they learned, or even a story about what they found on a nature hike. Come and develop your soccer skills with OSU Head Coach Colin Carmichael, OSU Associate Head Coach Justin Elkington and OSU assistant coach Ben Williams. Coach Carmichael is a four time Big 12 Coach of the Year and three time NSCAA Regional Coach of the Year. Coach Elkington was voted NSCAA Assistant Coach of the Year in 2011. Both coaches have attained their USSF A licenses and their NSCAA Premier Diplomas. The OSU staff will be assisted by local youth coaches and current OSU soccer team members. The cowgirls have won 5 Big 12 Championships and competed in 9 NCAA tournaments.
