Frozen Musical Revue: Mini-Musical for Lower School 1st-5th grades - Wichita Collegiate School
Instructor: Elmore Hey, kids! Lets put on a show! Students will be involved in all aspects of staging a musical from learning the songs and choreography to constructing props, sets and costumes. In this production, students will perform musical selections from the popular movie. Family and friends will be invited to attend the performance on Friday. 316-771-2289
August 1-11: Backpacking/ Digital Storytelling (Ages 13-16) - Mountain Kids!
We are psyched to bring our dual passions for getting into nature and documenting our adventures to Mountain Kids! Campers will spend the first day learning what it takes to makes a compelling video, composition and audio recording. Campers will then learn how to prepare and pack for a backpacking trip, the 6 Ws of preparing for any outdoor trip, map reading and leave no trace principles. We will spend time writing and creating stories on a two night backpacking trip. During the second week, campers will share their time between the recording studio, the computer lab and getting outside to create a 2-3 minute video of their adventures. On Thursday evening we will celebrate with a screening of their work. Equipment Needed: • Backpacking pack, sleeping pad, a sleeping bag, and a mess kit (bowl, fork, spoon, cup). Some campers will need a tent to share. • A small camera or phone to capture stills and video • A small notebook and a pencil (There is an additional $25 materials fee in addition to camp tuition) 505-699-6230

Come to Game On Sports in the Harrington McLaughlin Athletic Center and have some physical education fun. Campers will participate in multiple sports and small-sided games. We have numerous options for your child to have a positive sports experience. Campers will participate in the following activities during the summer: soccer, softball, baseball, track and field, handball, volleyball, tennis, basketball, bowling, lacrosse, flag football, floor hockey, Frisbee games, parachute, hula-hoops and orienteering. Owlet Camp I - Rice University
The half day camp is designed for the younger players. It is open to any and all boys and girls ages 4-6. Each player will receive an official Rice Soccer Ball and an official Rice Soccer Camp T-shirt at the end of the week. Campers will begin each day with dynamic warm up exercises to loosen up and get ready for the day. This will be followed by the technical portion of the session, focusing on ball control, passing and shooting. The day will conclude with small sided fun games where campers will have the opportunity to utilize skills learned earlier in the day. The Owlet Camp runs from 9:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. each Monday of camp. Cost of camp: $265 713-348-6955
