My twin son and daughter, aged 10, can’t wait for Camp Si-La Meo every summer. It is designed for ages 5-15 years old and has a variety of activities for each age group. There are many outdoor activities: rock climbing, swimming, archery, boating, hiking, rifle training and horseback riding. This camp provides experiences my kids would otherwise not experience.... C.T. Townsend's Youth Camp has been the talk of our church & I can see a lot of the kids getting excited about attending! We currently have 38 kids signed up and ready to go so of course they are going to be helping out with this :) and the cost is $250 per child this would help out tremendously for the parents.. There is no set cost on the plates but just to donate what the heart leads you to❤

Kid's Summer Clay Camp - San Pedro, CA
CLAY CAMP - 3 days Monday, June 20th, Tuesday June 21st and Monday June 27th, 2016 8:30am - 12:30pm at Seaside Studios San Pedro Projects will include making fairy/troll habitats for the garden! The first 2 days in camp we will be forming our projects utilizing basic hand building techniques such as coil, slab and pinch pot techniques. The 3rd day (Monday of the following week) will be for glazing the piece with the goal of having a finished fired piece by end of the mixed arts camp July 1st. Kid's clay camp is recommended for kids between the ages of 7 and 13 years of age. Clay camp is $85 per child per session. It is highly recomended to do both clay and mixed arts camps if possible as they tie in nicely together. Enroll in both Clay camp and Mixed arts camp for the best value $175 (clay camp is Monday and Tuesday June 20th, 21st and Mon 6/27 from 8:30am - 12:30pm) Early registration discount is $10 off if you enroll your child by June 15th, 2016 Ask us about sibling discounts. Does your child love to jump, hop, stretch and spin? Dance class promotes teamwork and self-discipline through a variety of props mixed with creative and traditional dance. Students who continue with lessons throughout the school year are eligible to participate in a formal recital at the Times Union Center in May. *Additional fees apply for this event. All students need pink leather ballet shoes, pink tights and a solid color leotard. **This class is being held from 3:20pm to 4:20pm.** Taught by Sherri Mazza 904-256-5071

Sunflower Science and Art - Ned Smith Center for Nature & Art
Sunflowers are a joyful symbol of summer. These North American native Asters can light up both a field and face. In this camp we will dive into what makes these instantly recognizable flowers so amazing, and unlock some secrets they may hold in their heads. Through careful observation and sunny inspiration we will complete several sunflower themed projects using mixed media. Instructor: Red Cross Especially for young people 11-15 years old, this course give participants the knowledge, skills, and confidence to care for infants though school-aged children. Topics include safety issues, preventing injuries and illnesses, basic child care, first aid, rescue breathing, care for choking, and age-appropriate behavior and play.
