Assalamu alaikum future campers. Insha'Allah on Memorial Day weekend we will be hosting our 9th Annual Youth Camp in Big Bear! The campsite is new, and we're sure that each of you will love everything about it. We've got great speakers lined up for the weekend, fun activities, and amazing counselors that are sure to make your experience memorable! Tickets are going to be made available on April 4th at 9 pm. Please note that we have limited spots that usually sell out within a day or two. Registration is $170, and you must be at least 14 & a freshman in high school. Summer Camp '16 is just around the corner, don't hesitate to invest in your future, so get registered today. Jr. Camp dates will be July 11-13, ages 8-12. Registration will be $75 and the deadline is July 1st. Any registration received after July 1st will be $100. Our theme this year is "Defenders of the Kingdom". Our camp speaker is Kari Lineberry, she will not disappoint and your kids will leave rejuvenated. Sr. Camp dates will be July 13-16, ages 13-18. Registration will be $150 and the deadline is July 1st. Any registration received after July 1st will be $175. Our theme this year is "Losing my Religion". Our camp speaker will be Isaiah Johnson, his ability to relate with kids will bring a great perspective and your students lives will never be the same. Full Day 36Camp: Spring Break Programming & Technology Camp - NextGen Tech Learning
Full Day Camp - 9:00AM to 5:00PM This is a full day camp and will include following three sessions: 1. Introduction to Programming, Web Programming & JavaScript : 9:00am-12:00pm 2. 3D Printing and Digital Designing : 1:00pm-4:00m 3. Game Design using Minecraft Redstone : 4:00pm -5pm In the morning session, students will learn to make web pages and will make a mini website. They will learn programming fundamentals while learning JavaScript. Students will apply their JavaScript skills on the website. Students can take their website home on the last day of the camp. After lunch, they will dive into the world of 3D printing and get to know why everyone is so excited about 3D printing & endless possibilities it offers. They will learn how to design objects in 3 Dimensions. In Digital Design, students will learn how to create graphics for web use or printing.
